I used to be obsessed with food (and how to not eat so much of it). I tried EVERY diet. When I was in college I ate turkey bacon and Sugar-Free Jell-O for a month. I used to lose my sh*@ if I ate a bagel, because, carbs.
You could say I had a lot of food issues. My life used to be a huge bummer. Can you relate? I thought so.
I've worked with hundreds of women with binge eating and body shame that doesn't quit.
Now my husband buys donuts Saturday mornings and I eat without anxiety. (Again, sorry to brag - but this is possible I promise)
It took me a lot of therapy soul searching, drinking, laughing, mistake-making and everything in between to get to this liberation station. I call it food freedom.
Food freedom might sound impossible to you. I assure it is not only possible but probable. IF you decide to get real and let go of the insane voice in your head that makes you doubt your worth.
There is a life meant for you, free of binge eating and shame. I promise you can live a beautiful life, with the body you got and the skin you're in.
